Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Polwhele House
Our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Objectives for 2023 - 2024:
1. Undertake an analysis of recruitment data and trends in regard to race, gender and disability by July, and report on this to the staffing and pay sub-committee of the Managing Council.
2. To monitor and analyse pupil achievement by race, gender and disability and act on any trends or patterns in the data that require additional support for pupils.
3. To ensure the school actively promotes and prioritises raising awareness, appreciation and celebration of diversity including: gender; sexuality, race and religion.
